Terracon Project No. 18235239 The scope of work for construction services includes demolition of the existing terminal building and construction of the new terminal building at Maury County Regional Airport. More specifically, this scope of services includes Demolition, removal and disposal of the existing terminal building. Construction of the new terminal building. Utility installation and connection. Coordination with electric, water, sewer and gas utility. Landscaping. Construction of sidewalk pavements. Construction of exterior gathering spaces. Security/Perimeter fence construction. Automatic gate installation. Parking lot construction. Pavement markings. Minor drainage improvements. Earthwork (including undercutting), grading, and site restoration to include seeding, sodding, and topsoiling. Construction is expected to begin by August 1, 2024 with certificate of occupancy by August 1, 2025. This item of work shall consist of, but is not limited to, work and operations necessary for the movement of personnel, equipment, material and supplies to and from the project site for work onthe project except as provided in the contract as separate pay items.
