**As of July 25, 2024 all bids received exceeded available funding and was rejected. As of this time it is unknown if and when project will rebid. The Contractor shall perform within the time stipulated the contract as herein defined, and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation and perform and complete in a workmanlike manner all work required in connection with the following entitled project.
