Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Kelowna, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The proposed new project will be located at the Upper Innovation Precinct site to the North of the existing Purcell and Skeena residence buildings. The Upper Innovation Precinct Civil Servicing scope will include service multiple mixed-use and market rental apartment buildings spanning an area of approximately 25 hectares. The future programming envisioned for the area includes up 20 building containing a total of up to 1500 rental units with a variety of commercial uses at grade and a large community gathering area. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to provide Professional Engineering and Design Services for the proposed new University Village on the Okanagan Campus is underway. Further update in late summer 2024, pending selection of a preferred proponent. Question Deadline 05/08/2024 at 3:00 PM PT
