The Jefferson County Board of Education will receive Letters of Interest from qualified Architect/Engineer firms for design services for the following projects: Athletic Stadium Renovations*5 High School Locations TBD Dixie Elementary School*HVAC Renovation Frayser Elementary School*HVAC Renovation Kerrick Elementary School*New Building Seneca High School*New Building Various Locations*Roof Replacements over $1M (Locations TBD) Various Locations*HVAC Central Plant Replacements over $1M (Locations TBD) Certified Minority, Women and Service Disabled Veteran Enterprise firms are encouraged to apply. Proposing companies will be required to meet 702 KAR 4:160. The following qualifications will be evaluated: 1. Experience in designing projects with the noted scopes of work. 2. Required insurance for liability and workman's compensation. 3. Ability to Provide Experienced Staff. 4. Ability to meet design deadlines Questions concerning the projects should be addressed to the previously listed contact. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
