Q&A Deadline 05/13/2024 10:00 AM (PDT) The City of Menlo Park is seeking an on-call contractor for roof replacement services. Project locations and specific work orders may vary based on need or urgency of repairs, as directed by the Engineer. In general, the work shall consist of removing and replacing existing roofs as further defined in the project bid. The work under this contract includes all City owned buildings per the plans herein. The maximum total amount payable under the contract is $2,000,000 over three years, but City offers no assurances of the actual dollar value of the work. The complete work is described in the contract documents and each work order request. Additional terms and conditions as noted in the contract documents and building permits shall apply.
