Question Deadline 05/16/2024 at 3:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No General Requirements - Insurance Required Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 100 % "All or None" means that bidders are required to submit pricing for all items requested. Any proposal received that does not meet this requirement will be disqualified. If said bid is not listed as "All or None" the City reserves the right to split said bid to our best benefit. The city reserves the right to accept any proposal; or to reject any proposal; to waive irregularities in a proposal; or to negotiate if it appears to be in the best interest of the city of Owosso. No work can begin before June 17, 2024 and all work is to be completed by October 31, 2024. The exterior of the structure to be demolished is available for inspection, along with the Asbestos Survey Report, by prospective bidders by appointment.
