The estimated cost of construction is between three million dollars ($3,000,000.00) and five million dollars ($5,000,000.00). To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii General - - at the time of bidding. All prospective bidders and/or their respective representatives are encouraged to attend, however, attendance is not mandatory. All information presented at the pre-bid conference shall be provided for clarification and information only. Any amendments to the solicitation shall be made by formal addendum and posted in HIePRO.
