City of Naples Airport Authority 404 Citation Point Road Roof Repair. The Naples Airport Authority (NAA) invites the submission of Bid Proposals from all interested and qualified parties with Construction/Roofing for the 404 Citation Point Road Roof Repair Project at the Naples Airport. The Naples Airport Authority seeks to replace the existing roof of the existing hangar. The project is located at 404 Citation Point Naples, FL 34104. The existing 24,022 square foot roof area is to be replaced one for one with new metal roof as described in the contract drawings. The work includes demolition of the existing roof and installation of the new metal standing seam roof. Bid proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the Naples Airport Authority and must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid made payable to the Naples Airport Authority. Contract security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of sixty (60) days.
