Audio & Visual Project Bid Event Notes : Submissions shall be made on the forms provided, in the manner prescribed therein, and must be submitted electronically through the Vendor Portal, which is a software component directly available on the University's Office of Procurement & Contracting website: Online. Vendors shall comply with the following: 1) N.J.S.A. 10:2-1 - Anti-Discrimination in Employment; 2) N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. - Equal Employment Opportunity; 3) 42 USC 12101 et seq. - Americans with Disabilities Act; 4) N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 et seq. - New Jersey Business Registration; 5) N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 - Regarding the submission of a Statement of Ownership Disclosure; and, 6) N.J.S.A. 18A:64-67 - Guaranty (if applicable). SCOPE OF SERVICES A. The Contractor shall provide and install audio and visual (A/V) equipment within the C/D atrium on the Galloway, NJ campus. The goal is to create a multi-modality, large open area space with integrated audio and video equipment to be used to support various programs at the University. B. The space will include the following equipment: 1. Two (2) drop down projection screens with accompanying high lumen laser projectors 2. Six (6) column mounted speakers with appropriate amplifiers 3. A turn-key fully programmed A/V switcher control system with large touch panel control 4. Two (2) column mounted 65” televisions for presenter support. C. All equipment will need to be installed in the space, and fully functional. All equipment required for installation shall be provided by the Contractor. D. The Contractor shall provide all testing to guarantee fully functioning equipment. E. The Contractor shall provide completed system drawings. F. After full installation of the equipment, and testing services have demonstrated a fully functioning error free system, the Contractor must provide training to University employees on all units. 1. Training shall be scheduled with the University’s Project Manager within seven (7) business days of project completion. The training services must be completed over a single business day taking place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. at the discretion of the University. The Contractor, at a minimum, must provide five (5) hours of training during the scheduled training day. G. The Contractor shall fully install all equipment, including, but not limited to, mounting, wiring, providing current software updates(as applicable), and all other incidentals required for successful project completion. 1. All required 120/240 voltage electrical work to be provided by the University. All low voltage work is the responsibility of the Contractor. H. Anticipated Final Completion Date: August, 1, 2024
