The City of Phoenix is Arizona's capital and the fifth largest city in the United States, with more than 1.4 million residents and growing. The city takes up more than 500 square miles, geographically exceeding Los Angeles. The Street Transportation Department within the City provides for movement of people and goods within the city supporting citywide infrastructure projects. Two main divisions within the Street Transportation Department are the Street Maintenance and Traffic Services divisions. The functions of these divisions support the department's mission. The ability to procure products, such as traffic paint, in an economical and streamlined manner, are integral to the operations of the department. The City reserves the right to change dates, times, and locations, as necessary. The City does not always hold a Pre-Offer Conference or Site Visit. If required by law for the operation of the business or work related to this Offer, Offeror must possess all valid certifications and/or licenses as required by federal, state or local laws at the time of submittal. The City anticipates considerable activity under the resultant contract(s). However, no guarantee can be made as to actual traffic paint that will be purchased under this contract. The City reserves the right to add, change or delete quantities or items as circumstances may require.
