License Requirements Class A THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT is to rehabilitate and extend the service life of the pavement on Panama Lane from Gosford Road to Stine Road. The project funding consists of RSTP (Federal funds). THE WORK CONSISTS OF, in general, rehabilitating the existing pavement structural section by constructing a new pavement section using Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt (R-HMA) and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA), adjusting manhole and monument covers, construction of minor concrete for ADA accessible ramps, curb and gutter, and cross gutters, and placing striping, pavement markings and traffic signal detector loops. The rehabilitation methodologies will consist of full depth reconstruction. THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST of this project is $5,836,000. THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION TIME FRAME for this project is anticipated from July 2024 to September 2024.
