The government is considering a five (5) Year, base year and four (4) Option Years, NTE $15,000,000.00 contract. The government is also interested in identifying all sources including Small Businesses. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) may or may not necessarily be the final document for any future requirement. The information in this notice is based on current information available to date. This information is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Construction), with a small business size standard of $45,000,000.00 dollars.
