Renovation of an educational facility in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

To remove the existing one in row 24" chilled water system, furnish new, and install new indoor unit for data room. Unit must control humidity and temperature. In door unit must be a chilled water cooling unit. Provide labor and materials to lock and tag out the power source to existing in-row unit o Provide labor and materials to lock and tag out the Carrier Aqua Snap chiller o Provide labor and materials to drain the chilled water piping as needed o Valve off the existing FM in row unit, disconnect supply and return water piping, disconnect domestic water piping o Provide labor and materials disconnect piping and electrical connections at in-row unit o Provide labor and materials to remove existing in-row unit o Set in place one new in row cooling unit o Furnish and install one properly sized electrical breaker o Provide labor and materials to leak check unit piping connections o Provide factory start-up of the APC in-row unit. o Install spot leak detection o Provide and install custom fabricated filler panels for HAC o Provide labor and materials to start up the system and verify proper operation. o Pressurize and leak check new chilled water and drain piping o Provide labor and materials to clean the work area and remove all trash debris from site o Provide warranty information o Provide available date of install *EMAIL RESPONSES ANDQUESTIONS TO triestera@winthrop.edu
