Renovation and addition to a laboratory facility in Forest Grove, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 62,000-square-foot laboratory facility; and for the addition of a 8,825-square-foot, two-story above grade laboratory facility.

As of September 13, 2024, a general contractor has been awarded. There are no open bids available. Construction has not started. The Project generally consists of the following: Construction of the Research Innovation Partners Laboratory. The project comprises a 62,000 SF complete interior renovation and 8,825 SF of additions to an existing two-story office building. The completed project will consist of regulatory lab space on the first level, and offices/training rooms on the second level. All existing systems in the original building are to be removed and new building systems provided as part of project. Additions to the west (first floor - 600 sf with second exterior deck - 600 sf) elevation will accommodate circulation in the lab areas. The north addition (9,650 sf) will consist of logistics on the first floor and mechanical on the second floor.
