CADOT - Construct Pipe Culvert Wingwall and Drainage Inlet 04160003101 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The Project consists of replacing the upstream and downstream segments of an existing culvert with 78-inch corrugated steel pipe (CSP), removing and replacing the existing headwall at the upstream end, constructing new wingwall on the upstream end, and removing the inlet adjacent to the downstream end of the culvert and replacing it with a new outlet culvert with a gentler slope. The Project also consists of recontouring twelve (12) linear feet of the upstream channel to adjust the creek flow line to the new culvert inlet. Additionally, the Project will regrade seventy (70) linear feet of SR 1 roadside ditches to improve drainage to the culvert and remove one Bishop Pine trees for access
