Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Richmond, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The scope of work of the project is to provide HVAC upgrades to the existing pharmacy space on the 2nd floor North Tower as the Oncology Pharmacy Lab will be relocating into the same space, creating a compound space for both clinical teams. The addition of Oncology to the operational requirements of the Pharmacy lab changes the lab classification from NonHazardous Sterile Compounding to Hazardous Sterile Compounding. Revisions are required to the existing HVAC systems to support pharmacy and oncology sterile compounding, which includes an upgrade of supply, return, and exhaust air in Chemo Prep 2327C, Anteroom 2723B, IV Comp 2327A.
