separate projects for the manufacture and installation of interior signage at our office locations currently under construction in Manhattan and Islandia, NY. The Board anticipates that the Manhattan location will require approximately 24 signs, and the Islandia location will require approximately 28. Please see below for additional details. The same vendor is not required to service both locations. Currently, construction of each of these locations is estimated to be completed before September 2024. Interested vendors will be provided with a copy of the Board's required Signage and Wayfinding Standards, and be given the opportunity to walk through each space when walls are up and it is safe to do so. It is anticipated that opportunities to schedule walk throughs will be provided in May or June 2024. Vendors interested in submitting a bid after the walkthrough will be provided with instructions regarding bid submission. The Board requires that the bidder be capable of having the signage manufactured and installed within 10 weeks from acceptance of a bid.
