As of June 10, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The Boone County Public Works Department requests bids from qualified vendors and contractors to provide services associated with Concrete Pavement Replacement for Fiscal Year 2025, beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. Boone County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities and to negotiate for the modifications of any bid or to accept that bid which is deemed the most desirable and advantageous from the standpoint of customer value and service and concept of operations, even though such bid may not, on its face, appear to be the lowest and best price. Question Deadline 05/15/2024 at 5:00 PM ET All requests for clarifications, changes, exceptions, deviations to the terms and conditions set forth in this bid package must be submitted via Online Remove existing pavement that includes up to six inches (6”) of sub-grade before an undercut cost shall occur. Bring sub-grade back with compacted DGA, furnish, place, finish, cure, protect and seal joints in concrete pavement. When pavement is placed in front of driveways or entrances one inch (1”) of expansion material shall be placed and sealed between new and old concrete, unless otherwise specified. Remove all debris, backfill and make complete restoration of area including seed, straw and netting.
