Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for 5% of the total maximum amount of the bid, made payable to the Owner will be returned immediately upon execution of contract in acceptance of performance and payment bond. Estimated Bid Cost Range: $3,100,000 to $3,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
