Renovation of a municipal facility in Oneonta, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The main features of the work shall include, but not be limited to the following: - Installation of new electric boiler - Installation of six (6) new control valves - BMS integration - Testing, Adjusting and Balancing of System - Selective demo of existing mechanical system - Wiring and Conduit - Temporary relocations of lighting and fire alarms All work on this Contract is to be completed by March 14, 2025. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 22.5% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 7.5% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
