As of October 7, 2025, no consultant was awarded and this RFQ was cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Consultant is to provide on- site professional services to evaluate and review the existing swimming pool equipment and water feature equipment (IWF) and propose a plan to remove and replace pumps, filters, disinfection system, water quality controllers and any and all pool and IWF related equipment found necessary by Facility Maintenance. Solomon Calhoun Pool is located at 1300 Duval Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084. o Must be non-proprietary equipment o Must perform a site visit to complete a detailed evaluation of the existing pool and water feature equipment (IWF). o Must set up a time to meet with staff to discuss current issues with the equipment o Shall prepare a detailed construction drawing and layout of the pool and water feature equipment (IWF). o Must coordinate a meeting with the project team to discuss electrical load information o Prepare a cost estimate of the pool's permitting, material, equipment removal, replacement materials, installation, testing, commissioning, etc. Payment terms are Net Forty-Five (45) days, in accordance with Chapter 218.74(2) Florida Statutes. There will be no upfront payment or deposits for materials made to the Supplier. In submitting a response to this Request for Proposals, Supplier shall provide the information below along with any and all additional documentation or information necessary to verify qualifications (licenses, certifications, etc.), experience and/or other pertinent information associated with responding to this Request for Proposals. Supplier must disclose any contractual or employment relationship with any County officer or employee, as well as any ownership interest in the Supplier Company held by any County officer or employee. Failure to disclose this information may result in cancellation of award, termination of contract, suspension or debarment. In accordance with Federal, State and Local law, the submitting Supplier shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. The submitting Supplier shall be required to comply with all aspects of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) during the performance of the work. The project must be completed within ninety (90) days of receiving the notice to proceed, with all final reports required to be submitted to the department within this timeframe.
