Renovation of a residential development in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

The Project consists of but not limited to: the replacement of unit ventilators at all 4 floors of the existing residential building. The replacement of a roof exhaust fan and the addition of a new maintenance office on the east side of the building adjacent to the stair tower which includes, but is not limited to, demolition of the existing exterior wall, new windows, and doors, reuse of existing electrical for lighting and a new mini split HVAC system. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 03/04/2025 at 5:00PM EST for general bids. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder's Update Statement. TRADES Heating / Ventilating / Air-Conditioning (HVAC) General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) and made payable to the NORTH ATTLEBOROUGH HOUSING AUTHORITY. Note: A bid deposit is not required for Projects advertised under $50,000. General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), formerly known as SOMWBA. The combined participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 13% of the final contract price including accepted alternates. Request for waivers must be sent to EOHLC (shanyan.li@mass.gov) 5 calendar days prior to the General Bid date. NO WAIVERS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER THE GENERAL BIDS ARE OPENED.
