Site work for a civil project in Downey, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed generally consists of sediment removal, mechanical cleaning with nylon brush, post-mechanical cleaning dual-cam downhole video survey, casing patch, chemical cleaning, post-mechanical cleaning dual-cam downhole video survey, sediment removal, initial redevelopment by pumping and surging, post-rehabilitation well testing, oil/sediment removal, well disinfection, and sampling, discharge tanks, associated materials, and clean-up, new submersible motor, new submersible bowl assembly, new submersible cable, new Lakewood style check valve, new sections of column pipe, new 1/4 " stainless steel airline, gauge and fittings, refurbished discharge head, traffic control; and all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and appurtenant work thereto necessary for the proper construction of the contemplated improvements, in accordance with these Specifications entitled Capital Improvement.
