Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Spearfish, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; for paving for a transportation facility; and water / sewer project.
The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract. Contract time for the project shall be dependent upon the alternates awarded. The following details the contract time for each phase. Phase 1 o Alternate B Awarded: 30 Calendar Days o Alternate C Awarded: 14 Calendar Days o Both Alternates B and C Awarded: 40 Calendar Days Phase 2 o 30 Calendar Days Phase 3 o 30 Calendar Days Phase 4 o Only Base Bid Awarded: 45 Calendar Days o Base Bid and Alternate A Awarded: 60 Calendar Days Along with the calendar day Est. Completion Date: July 1, 2025
