The City is seeking Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide the following: Consulting services to prepare the Riverside Park Structures Strategy. The City of Guelph (City) owns a number of in-water structures (weirs, dam, pedestrian bridge, retaining walls) along the Speed River within Riverside Park. The City is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to: complete a structural condition assessment of the structures; conduct a holistic review of the entire corridor to understand interdependencies between the structures; assess potential solutions and cost for removal, maintenance, or, rehabilitation for each structure; review external constraints affecting the structures and the park; and, prepare a strategy that the City can use as a roadmap or decision-making tool when making decisions about the structures. The City is seeking Proposals from Responsible Proponents that have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide the Services sought.
