Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ballston Spa, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of June 12, 2024, project was awarded but awarded amount is not available. Folding Partition Panel Replacement The Board Of Education reserves The Right To Reject All Bids. The Ballston Spa Central School District seeks bids to replace folding partition panels on the gymnasium facing side ofthe Wood Road/Milton Terrace Elementary Schools Cafetorium General Furnish and install (1) Model 2023 Operable Partition, manufactured by Kwik-Wall. A total of(18) panels with a size of 72-4 x 8-l 1 are to be provided. Hinged panel pairs with steel frame 2000, STC rating is required. Exterior finish shall be standard vinyl over the steel panel, in a color selected by the School District. Panels shall be installed using the existing tracks and trollies. Bid price shall include removal and disposal ofthe existing panels. On-site storage ofmaterials shall be provided by the School District. Hours ofwork shall be Monday through Friday, 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Payment shall be made 30-days from successful completion ofthe project. Awarding the Contracts The award ofthis contract shall be made to the lowest cost responsible vendor.
