Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Simpsonville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
This contract is for improvements at the WWTP that include but are not limited to installation of a new belt filer press and associated equipment furnished by the City to the Contractor, construction of a 40' x 70' (+/-) metal framed reinforced concrete slab on grade building, building coiling doors, man doors, site grading and improvements, gravel paving, storm water piping extension, yard piping, manholes, non-potable water lines, 4ea. 300 gpm process pump stations, valves, two (2) reinforced concrete slab on grade aerated sludge holding basins, aeration power improvements, heating and ventilation units, lighting, panels and controls and associated and subsidiary appurtenances to support those improvements. All questions about the meaning or intent ofthe Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening ofBids may not be answered. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The value range for this project is $2.5 – $2.7M
