La Union Mutual and Domestic Water Association (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Well #2 Photovoltaic System Addition 20240379 GRANT NO. SAP 23-H2402-GF & 22-G2819 The Project includes the following Work: Site grading improvements, drainage pond improvements, addition of chain link fence, construction, testing, and commissioning of a solar array and the utility interconnection. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and furnishing all labor, transportation, and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and performing all Work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. A. The Work of this Contract comprises of the following - 1. Installation of a photovoltaic power system with electric utility interconnection. 2. Additional work includes site grading, erosion control, and the installation of a chain link fence. B. The Work is located at 2300 Aviation Rd., Anthony New Mexico, 88021. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Well #2 Photovoltaic System Addition The Project has an expected duration of 180 days. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
