Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Resolute, Nunavut. Completed plans call for the construction of a 3,657-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is seeking a qualified and experienced Design Build Contractor (DBC) to execute a design-build construction contract. This contract includes engineering, applicable architecture, and construction services required to complete the construction of a storage facility in Resolute Bay, Nunavut. The area of consideration is Lot 121, Block 2, Plan 4064 and the schematic design presented herein consists of an unheated storage facility for equipment and transport vehicles. PCA has recently leased in 2022 Lot 121, Block 2, Plan 4064 in Resolute Bay, Nunavut for the construction of an unheated storage facility to store equipment and vehicles. The facility to be constructed is to include a minimum of 2250 square feet of storage space in the central storage space of the facility.
