Reference number : 1841406 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: Yes, via the SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months): 18 PROJECT: Preventative maintenance of synthetic fields Spring and fall - 2024-2025 The Service Center Beauce-Etchemin school wishes to obtain bids to retain the services of a contractor to carry out the verification and preventive maintenance of synthetic fields for a period of 2 years (2024 and 2025). VISIT OF BIDDERS Bidders will be able to visit the work sites at their convenience. Schools are open for visits between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Bidders must identify themselves at the reception of each school. No claim due to ignorance of local conditions will be recognized by the Beauce-Etchemin School Service Center. Only contractors holding, where applicable, the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, c. B-1.1) will be considered for the purposes of awarding the contract. Bidding contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their bid. The CSSBE does not undertake to accept any of the submissions received, particularly when it judges that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
