Project consists of the new construction of a new liquor store with associated site work. Contractors who bid must be licensed to do work in the State of North Carolina under the Act to Regulate the Practice of General Contracting. The Contractor's North Carolina License number shall be designated on the outside ofthe envelope containing the bid.
