CPS Energy is seeking a Company to provide Facilities Architectural Services for an anticipated term of three (3) years. Company shall provide CPS Energy architecture services. The scope of Services includes programming/deciding what to build, schematic design/developing initial design concepts, design development/refining the design, prepare construction documents/drawings and specifications for Facilities technical areas on an as-needed basis. Ask questions by 5/10/2024 5:00 pm Submittals are due no later than the date and time posted. CPS Energy reserves the right to reject late submittals. All questions regarding this procurement must be submitted in writing, either through this portal, or to the Procurement Agent via email at jsierra@cpsenergy.com.
