The City of High Point is actively from qualified and experienced firms(s) to provide a Solid Waste Feasibility Study for the City of High Point. The City of High Point is located in the Piedmont Triad of North Carolina with Winston-Salem and Greensboro completing the other two points of the triangle. High Point encompasses four counties within its city limits; thus, being part of four (4) NCDOT districts. With a population of ~117,000 people, High Point Services approximately 48,000 accounts for sanitation collection. High Point is also a central location for business, health and human services, the arts, shopping, dining, breweries, and other community amenities in the region. These amenities, along with moderate weather and bi-annual Furniture Market, have fostered steady growth in both community population and economic development. Owner Rights: The City of High Point reserves the right to reject all Proposals, to waive any informality in proposals received, to accept or reject any or all the items in the proposal, and to award the contract in whole or in part and/or negotiate any or all items with individual Proposers if it is deemed in the City's best interest. Moreover, the City reserves the right to make no selection if proposals are deemed to be outside the fiscal constraint or not in the best interest of the City.
