The City of Rancho Santa Margarita (City) invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to provide the services described in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The City is seeking to replace the existing phone system with a new, cloud-hosted Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system that blends system reliability, redundancy and future scalability. An on-premises solution will not be considered. The service provider must be reputable, bonded and capable of furnishing required materials, equipment, transportation, supplies, tools, apparatus, incidentals, labor and supervision necessary to complete the installation of the VoIP system as outlined in the Scope of Work bid date note: One (1) printed original (marked original), two (2) printed copies (marked copy, and one (1) electronic copy on a Flash Drive (will not be returned), of the proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope or box bearing the name of the Proposer, marked RFP # FN 041124 and submitted only to the following address: Please email all questions pertaining to the RFP to Sofia Djordjevic at sdjordjevic@cityofrsm.org No questions will be accepted via phone. Once all questions are received, the City will summarize all questions and their responses in an addendum to the RFP City Council Approval/Award July 10, 2024 Vendor Interviews & Demonstrations Week of June 3, 2024 Due Date for RFP Questions April 17, 2024, by 3:00 p.m. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of a bid. The City reserves the right to reject the bid of any Proposer who previously failed to perform adequately for the City or any other governmental agency. The City expressly reserves the right to reject the Bid of any Proposer who is in default on the payment of taxes, licenses, or other monies due to the City.
