Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Princeton, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 45,000-square-foot medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Plans call to construct a comprehensive cancer hospital on the campus of the WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital. The project will also relocate the full-service emergency department, imaging, and lab services and add 10 observational beds, MRIs, and ultrasounds. As of December 30, 2025, this project broke ground in August of 2025, and construction is expected to be completed at the end of 2027. Information regarding a general contractor has not been determined.
