The acquisition type for this solicitation will be Request for Proposal (RFP). PER FAR 36.204, THE CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT IS BETWEEN $250,000 AND $500,000. The NAICS is 237110 A - Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction and the business size standard is $45.0 Million. The basic scope of work is as follows: Contractor shall furnish labor and materials and perform work to install the following: Turf irrigation, and related restoration work including, but not limited to: turf renovation by sod, turf establishment, turf warranty and headstone cleaning. Work includes but is not limited to: Irrigation Systems: Existing irrigation systems are to be protected in place, unless noted otherwise to be demolished/dispositioned. Any damage to the irrigation system by the contractor must be repaired by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Government. The irrigation system in the areas subject to the contract so as not to interfere with the Contractor s activities. Temporary adjustments include: temporary removal and capping of sprinkler heads; temporary adjustment of arc patterns of sprinkler heads; and temporary adjustments to irrigation scheduling. All irrigation adjustments must be restored to their original condition prior to installation of new sod. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Only verified SDVOSB firms are eligible to submit an offer or receive an award of a VA contract that is set-aside for SDVOSB in accordance with VAAR Part 819. A non-verified vendor that submits a bid or proposal will be rejected as non-responsive.
