The Project is described as: Replacement of existing damaged full gym wood sport flooring and underlayment. Provide cover at gymnasium exterior wall corner to neighbor residential building gap. Grout injection throughout the floor and 6 feet up the perimeter walls of the gymnasium. Provide repairs and replacement to existing modified bitumen roof deck at east wing next to school gymnasium with 80mil TPO. Adjust drainage pattern within interior courtyard across accessible ramp with new trench drains and tie-in to existing storm drain system. Replace expansion joint cover over main atrium cover at courtyard. Some hazardous material abatement is also included involving replacement of gutter/downspout and wood floor at gymnasium. The Contract for the Work, if awarded, will be by action of the District's Board of Education to the responsible Bidder who submitted the lowest priced responsive Total Base Bid Proposal. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bid Proposals or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bid Proposal or in the bidding.
