PART A - the installation of approximately 1,370 linear feet of proposed PVC pavement underdrain, and milling, paving, and restriping of approximately 119,160 SF of existing parking Lot I as indicated in the Bid Documents. Scope of work includes utility trenching; connection to existing storm drain system; erosion and sedimentation control measures during construction; pavement patching of the project area; milling and overlay paving of the parking lot; and re-striping of the parking lot to match existing pavement striping in-kind upon completion. Scope includes all work associated with the installation of the pavement drain system, and all work associated with the milling, paving, and restriping of the parking lot in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. PART B - construction of approximately 124 linear feet of 36 inch diameter HDPE culvert pipe to replace the existing culvert in the same location; removal of approximately 74 linear feet of existing culvert; installation of a concrete headwall at the upstream end of the culvert; and stabilization of the culvert outfall; repaving and restriping of Patriot Circle; and installation of a cast iron sidewalk drain as indicated in the Bid Documents. Scope of work includes utility trenching and compaction, support of existing utilities in-place, grading and compaction of the upstream and outfall channel, and erosion and sedimentation measures during construction. Scope includes all work associated with the installation of the culvert in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. Work Schedule: Work can be performed during the hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Approval from Mason's Project Manager is REQUIRED for any work performed outside of these days and hours. Site Visits: Mason does not perform individual site visits to perspective bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No Pre-Bid Meeting has been scheduled for this solicitation.
