Site work and asbestos abatement for a residential development in Tekamah, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development; and for asbestos abatement for a residential development.
The Mayor and Council of the City of Tekamah, NE request bids for asbestos abatement at 141 South 13th Street, Tekamah, NE. Asbestos abatement services need to be in general accordance with the applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Proposed services include abatement of the following: asbestos roofing, floor tile, window and door caulking, removal of the non-asbestos carpet and wood and Final Visual Inspection per State of NE regulations for demolition projects. Bid includes all labor, materials, disposal, and hiring a 3rd party for a clearance inspection. Indemnification of the owner/general contractor only to the extent that the loss or damage is caused by the bidder. Contractors must be licensed, bonded and insured.
