RFQ for demolitions services is cancelled. The Town will pursue securing services for lead and asbestos surveys separately before proceeding with a re-issue of the demolition services RFQ. The Town of Upton is soliciting quotes for the above-named project. All quotes are subject to the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. These Standard Instructions are a part of the quote package for the Demolition of #28 Hartford Ave North, Upton, MA for the Town of Upton. The Town of Upton seeks to demolish and remove the building located at this address, in preparation for construction of up to four residential dwelling units. Agency Name and Address : Upton, Town of 1 Main Street Upton, MA 01568. Any questions on this project should be directed to Michael Antonellis, Director of Land Use & Inspectional Services. However, no oral interpretations shall be made to any respondent as to the meaning of any of the request for quote documents. Every request for an interpretation shall be made in writing, addressed and forwarded to Michael Antonellis either by email to mantonellis@uptonma.gov, by mail: Land Use & Inspectional Services, 1 Main St Suite 201, Upton, MA 01568-1687. To receive consideration, such questions must be received by 2:00 PM on May 16, 2024.
