Additional shipping/handling charges may apply and are non-refundable. Contact Snow Printing for exact shipping/handling charge. Contractors may obtain two (2) copies of contract documents. BID STIPULATIONS Bid Security is required in the amount of ten (10) percent of Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid accepted. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding, and to award a Contract for any part of the Work or the Project as a whole. Bidder Questions: Submit written questions to be addressed at Prebid meeting minimum of two business days prior to meeting.
