Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Altoona, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a 125,000-square-foot municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of the ground up construction of a Public Works Facility. The Building is approximately 123,000 sf. The building is a precast and structural steel frame with office, vehicle maintenance, and storage spaces.
