Components to include: vehicle maintenance bays, offices, shop areas, lobby reception, restrooms, training, break room areas, and K-9 unit housing for police department. Building energy performance is important, and use of solar is to be investigated. Access road to project site has been constructed and public utilities have been extended to the edge of the site. A concept diagram (subject to change) has been included for reference as Exhibit A. Preliminary Estimated Budget: $20,000,000-$25,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
