MODL is inviting proposals to develop a plan that will assess present and future growth, ensuring smooth movement for both individuals and vehicles into, around, and out of Osprey Village. The plan will also focus on enhancing its appeal as a vibrant community for residents, workers, and visitors. An accessibility lens is to be used in the plan design. Elements to consider in the plan could include, but are not limited to: o Sidewalks o Signage (gateway and internal) o Vehicle movement o Active Transportation o Street Furniture o Landscaping o Osprey Village Streetscape and park area maintenance Plan o Public Art o Kiosks o etc. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
