In general, the project consists of providing and installing a new telephone system for the MVAO Community School District's facilities in Mapleton, IA, and Anthon, IA. All work shall be completed by September 1, 2024. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond equal to 100% of the contract price. Said bond will be issued by a responsible surety approved by the School District and shall guarantee the faithful performance of the contract and the terms and conditions therein. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, re-advertise for new bids, and waive informalities that may be in the School District's best interest. SCOPE OF WORK The district is replacing the current Samsung/Cortelco analog phone system with a VOIP Unicast Solution. The Unicast Solution to include VOIP handsets, extension blocks, PC/mobile application, software, and any additional materials for a complete operable solution. Handsets to have Gigabit switch in each phone. Phones to have simultaneous ring on multiple devices. There is to be no mechanical type of call transferring. Interactive voice response to be included with voice samples and capable of customization. Licenses include AI transcript, create action items, file cloud storage, and Slack application. Basis of Design Phones: Yealink phones T33G Basic (QTY-97) and T54W Executive (QTY-10). Yealink extension blocks 20 button (QTY-6) to be an add on the T54W phone. License types Pro (Mobile/PC) - Principals/Switchboards (QTY-10). Essentials (Classroom) - (QTY-97). Owner to provide POE switches in each MDF/IDF rooms
