The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Replace of wet sprinkler systems. .2 Wet chemical kitchen hood extinguisher system. .3 Remove and repace ceilings as required. .4 Patching, painting and repairing walls, ceilings and floors as required for this contract. .5 Painting of sprinkler piping where exposed and located in finished areas. .6 Infection control measures. .7 Fire watch. .8 Replacement of fire alarm systems.
