Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Squamish, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a recreation facility; and for site work for a road / highway.
This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the District of Squamish (the District) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for professional Design-Build services for the design and construction of a number of exterior upgrades to the Squamish Adventure Centre and surrounding property under Adventure Centre Revitalization Phase 2 as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the Deliverables). The deliverables are broken down into component pieces including but not limited to play & picnic areas, signage, entry improvements and trails. However, these are considered a coordinated, cohesive, and complementary set of assets for the site. The deliverables on these components will include Preliminary Design Concepts, Schematics, Detailed Design Drawings, and construction.
