Renovation of a medical facility in Summersville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
The Scope of Work Includes Replacement of the Hvac Systems, Lighting, Acoustic Ceiling Tiles and Grids, Floor Finishes, Base, Wall Painting, and Minor Door and Wall Revisions. The Nicholas County Health Department Requires a 100% Payment and Performance Bond to Be Eligible to Bid for This Project. Bids Must Be Made on a Lump Sum Basis. No Bid Shall Be Withdrawn for a Period of Thirty (30) Days After the Time of the Bid Opening Without the Consent of the Owner. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and Waive Any Irregularity Therein. Contractors Will Be Selected Based Upon (1) Cost, (2) Experience With Similar Projects and (3) Proven Ability to Complete a Project. The Selected Bidder Will Be Determined by Cost and Time Involved. All Applicable Federal, State and Local Laws, Rules and Regulations Apply.
