* No bid amount to be released for publication. The intent of the project is to remove the existing concrete stairs, landings, ramp and paving at the main entrance of the school and replace with new concrete landings and concrete paving. The accepted Bidder shall provide a Performance Assurance Bond amounting to 50% of the Contract amount, and a Labour and Materials Payment Bond amounting to 50% of the Contract amount.
