Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Bell Gardens, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of June 25, 2024, This project has been awarded to Lawrence W. Rosine Co., with the awarded amount of $53,532.82.** Civic Center Improvements Flooring Replacement Project Preparing, removing and hauling away and disposal of existing flooring and resilient wall base, cleaning and preparation of existing subfloor including necessary patching, filling, leveling, and installation of new flooring material, per manufacturers recommendations for carpet tile, click lock waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring, and installation of wood baseboard, and rubber resilient wall base. Work will be conducted inside a working office environment. As such the Contractor shall complete the work in phases as approved by the Director of Public Works by coordinating and sealing off designated work areas from the rest of the facility. Contractor must move, store, protect and clean furniture, and other objects as needed to accommodate the work.
