RAM Construction & Development, LLC. (RAM), as Construction Manager for the project known as Florida A&M University (FAMU) Amphitheater Enhancements, located in Tallahassee, Florida, is soliciting bids from Pre-Qualified Trade Contractors for the following bid packages: 2 Sitework, hardscaping & landscaping RAM will receive sealed proposals for these bid packages as prepared by RAM based on construction documents by Marquis, Latimer & Halback, Inc. St. Augustine, Florida. All bidders are required to be pre-qualified prior to submitting a proposal. Small, minority, service-disabled veterans and women-owned business enterprises are strongly encouraged to submit replies to our solicitations. Please email all questions to estimator@ramflorida.com for more information. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding. A bid bond will be required for all contractors.
